Schemes under
Gujarat Industrial Policy - 2000
Gujarat Earthquake
On 26th January 2001, an
earthquake struck most parts of Gujarat
causing devastation of life and properties
including that of industrial units.
In order to provide relief
to such affected industrial units, Government
of Gujarat has announced following schemes:
While every attempt has been made to
produce the English version of the provisions
made in the Gujarati version of Government
Resolution, in case of interpretation/dispute
of/on any of the provisions, the provision
made in the relevant Government Resolution
shall be treated final and binding.
In addition, new industrial units coming
up in the district of Kutch are offered
the following incentives:
